• Dedicated Maintenance Person - So even if we don’t manage your property we can often respond to emergency and routine maintenance issues.
• Meet and Greet - When your clients arrive we can greet them and guide them through your property and local amenities. 
• Chalet / Apartment Cleaning - We can clean your premises ready for your next clients.
• Laundry & Linen - We can rent linen and towels or if you prefer to use your own we can send your linen to a professional laundry service and return it clean and folded ready for the next guests.

• Emergency Contact - In the event of an emergency we are at hand to call out local workers to rectify any problem.
• Welcome Packs - If you wish to enhance your clients stay we can supply Food Welcome packs, Complimentary Wine or Welcome card.
• Resort Services - Our services to your clients include rental of baby equipment, linen and towels, advice on ski hire, lessons and delivery of their ski passes as well as chalet catering, food and wine delivery.
• Chimney Sweeping - In France your chimney needs to be swept annually to satisfy your insurance company that your chimney is safe.
